Product Support Engineer

My client is an international product centre specialising in the Maritime industry and they are seeking a motivated Product Support Engineer to join the team at the global headquarters in (Rotterdam).

In this role, you will play a key role in:

• Supporting over 100 service locations worldwide with technical expertise for assigned products.
• Liaising with service managers to ensure teams are up-to-date and can effectively support customers.
• Shaping the technical side of go-to-market strategies for new products, collaborating with business development.
• Acting as a single point of contact with technical teams of our OEM partners regarding assigned products.
• Guaranteeing service organizations have the necessary qualified personnel to perform their jobs.

This role is a great fit for you if you have:

• A Master’s degree in engineering or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of experience in after-sales service, ideally within a global matrix organization.
• Strong technical knowledge of equipment used in the maritime and power generation industries.
• A strategic mindset and experience with implementing new technical products and services.
