I’m currently working with a renewable energy business on their search for a team lead for the electrical planning team.
You will manage a small team and be responsible for the technical management of the electrical planning team for PV.
Profile
- Electrical engineering training: engineer (FH, TH), master or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in planning medium-voltage installations, PV systems and/or energy and building technology installations are an advantage
- German fluency
- Open, experienced personality with strong communication skills, who tackles problems independently and implements solutions in collaboration with other colleagues
- Experience in managing teams, reorganizing and realigning
