ServiceNow Consultants (German-Speaking | Mid to Senior-Level)

Location: Austria, Vienna

We are currently seeking experienced ServiceNow Consultants with native or business-fluent German skills to join our client’s growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 1+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform, looking to further develop their careers in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions
• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and CMDB
• Ensure optimal performance of ServiceNow environments through proactive support and maintenance
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, or support
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and module configuration
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Fluency in German (native or business level) and professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS in ITSM, CSM, or ITOM)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Understanding of ITIL principles and frameworks
