Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in logistics to lead and manage SAP implementation and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP logistics modules (such as SAP EWM, SAP MM, and SAP SD) and a solid understanding of supply chain processes. A working knowledge of finance (SAP FI/CO) would be a valuable asset, although it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management – Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of SAP projects focused on logistics, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Stakeholder Management – Engage with stakeholders across the organization, including logistics, supply chain, IT, and finance departments, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Process Optimization – Identify and implement improvements in logistics processes through SAP, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Risk Management – Anticipate potential project risks related to logistics processes and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Team Leadership – Manage cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Integration Management – Ensure seamless integration between SAP logistics modules and other SAP modules (such as finance) to support end-to-end business processes.
• Change Management – Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new SAP logistics solutions across the organization.
• Quality Assurance – Oversee the quality of project deliverables, including system configurations, documentation, and training materials, to ensure they meet organizational standards.
• Financial Oversight – If applicable, collaborate with the finance team to understand the financial implications of logistics processes and ensure accurate cost management and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager with a focus on logistics modules (SAP EWM, SAP MM, SAP SD). Experience in managing complex SAP implementation projects is essential.
• Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including inventory management, warehousing, procurement, and distribution.
• Project Management Skills: Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SAP finance modules (SAP FI/CO) is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional project teams.
