This position goes beyond typical design work. You’d be responsible for designing and testing advanced RF subsystems like SSPAs, SSPBs, LNAs, LNBs, and frequency converters, working up to 50 GHz.

It’s an opportunity to take a project from initial concept right through to production, with hands-on lab testing and direct customer interaction. If you’re used to roles where you only see a small part of the process, this isn’t that. This position offers the chance to oversee and impact the entire lifecycle of development, testing, and delivery.

This role is based in Santander, in Spain’s beautiful northern Cantabria region. Moving to Santander is a key part of this position, as much of the work is hands-on. Santander itself offers an incredible quality of life, with the perfect mix of beach, mountains, and sun-ideal for anyone who enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and surfing or simply the relaxed pace of coastal living.
