Title: Sales/Business Development Manager
Reporting To: SVP of Sales
Industry: Life Sciences – Technology/SAAS
Salary: Up to £80,000 + bonus
Location: UK – Remote
Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a proven track record in technology sales? Do you have 5+ years of experience selling innovative solutions to the pharmaceutical or biotech industries? Our client are seeking a talented Sales/Business Development Manager to join their growing team and help drive our mission forward.
Our client provides cutting-edge technology solutions, revolutionizing how pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies manage clinical trial risks. With a strong focus on innovation and client success, we empower organizations to optimize trial quality, enhance compliance, and accelerate drug development timelines.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Business Growth: Drive new business acquisition by identifying and engaging prospective clients in the pharma and biotech sectors.
- Strategic Selling: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to promote TRI RBQM’s technology solutions and meet revenue targets.
- Client Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to shape value-driven proposals.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align efforts and maximize opportunities.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in technology solutions for the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of RBQM, clinical trials, or associated industry challenges and trends.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactivity: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results in a remote environment.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and events.
