Role: D365 CRM Business Analyst

Location: Zurich – 60% on site+

When: July/August

Length: 12 months

About: This global business HQ’d in Zurich is looking to migrate to D365 CRM from a legacy CRM Platform. For this reason, they’re looking to engage an experienced D365 Business Analyst who can aid in the requirement gathering, process design, stakeholder communication, and workshop holding within the project. On site presence in Zurich is preferred due to the nature of this project.

Essential skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on CRM transformation projects
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, ideally involving migrations from other platforms
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both operational teams and senior decision-makers
• Based in or able to commute to Zurich regularly
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements
