The mission:

  • Manage Repair Orders: Plan, tender, monitor, and coordinate all aspects of repairs.
  • Conduct Vessel Inspections: Perform periodic inspections and generate reports.
  • Optimize Docking: Plan and control docking schedules for efficiency.
  • Control Budget: Develop and manage maintenance & repair budgets.
  • Provide Technical Support: Guide and assist onboard crew with technical issues.
  • Liaison & Representation: Be the main contact for service providers, suppliers, authorities, and class representatives.


Your profile:

  • Marine Engineer/Technician or Ship Mechanic certification.
  • Seagoing experience (required).
  • Technical Superintendent experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Team player.
  • Goal-oriented and responsible.
