ICT Application Manager SAP HCM

Overview

This client is seeking an experienced ICT Application Manager to join their growing team. In this role, the successful candidate will play a vital part in managing SAP HR projects and providing expert support for various SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Responsibilities

• The ICT Application Manager will be responsible for sub-project management for SAP HR projects.
• The candidate will actively participate in ongoing and future SAP HCM projects.
• They will provide 2nd-level consulting and support for SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and other HR systems.
• The ICT Application Manager will support interfaces between SAP HR and other systems.
• They will develop and customize existing SAP HR solutions.
• The candidate will train and support power users.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have completed business informatics training or similar.
• You bring several years of customizing experience in SAP HCM, particularly PA, OM, and PY.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HR processes is essential.
• Experience with tools such as XFT, UKA Carema, SAP Fiori, Polypoint, SuccessFactors, YOKOY, and Swiss+ is preferred.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills are required.
• Excellent customer orientation and a precise and independent work style are also essential.
• Fluency in German and English is a must.
