What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of air compressor systems, including reciprocating, rotary screw, and centrifugal units, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to prevent costly downtime and keep equipment running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, using advanced diagnostic tools and your expertise.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver world-class service on-site and in the shop.
• Travel to job sites across Delaware (and beyond!) to support various industries, from manufacturing to healthcare.
• Document your work with precision, ensuring all maintenance logs and repair records are up-to-date.
• Embrace the overtime! Be ready to respond to emergency repairs and support urgent service calls, especially during critical operations.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with air compressors, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Availability for overtime, emergency call-outs, and occasional weekend work.
• A valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety protocols (OSHA certifications are a bonus!).
