Position: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Switzerland (Fluent German Speaker Required)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Switzerland. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and possess deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with our business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development and implementation teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features and industry trends.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with German-speaking clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a strong track record of successful implementations.
• Fluent in German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, scripting, and customizations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow are a plus.
