Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Compressor Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining air compressors and associated systems. This role requires technical knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on air compressors, pumps, and associated equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in air compressor systems.
• Perform inspections, adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient operation.
• Provide on-site technical support to clients, ensuring the resolution of service issues.
• Install and test new air compressor systems as required.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Maintain accurate service records and report on service activities.
• Advise clients on proper maintenance procedures and equipment care.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience working as an Air Compressor Technician or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of air compressor systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and electrical circuits.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for on-site service).
• Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions.
