Managing Director / Site Operations Manager

A dynamic and rapidly growing organization known for its innovative contributions to the space and satellite industry, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to take on the role of Site Operations Lead at their Luxembourg office. This position is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the local office, overseeing everything from administrative tasks to facilities management, and coordinating logistics.

Role Overview

The Site Operations Lead will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the site’s operations. The person in this role will be responsible for all activities of the Luxembourg site, and be responsible for managing all operational aspects – including administration, facilities management, manufacturing, hiring, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Office Management:
  • Oversee daily office operations, including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance, and overall facility management.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses, and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
• Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative assistance to different teams, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, handling all logistical aspects.
• Human Resources Support:
  • Work closely with the HR department to assist in onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related tasks such as payroll and benefits administration.
• Communication and Coordination:
  • Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external communications, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Coordinate office services and support with other departments and external vendors.
