About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements across enterprise-level environments. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC modules).
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation (project plans, RAID logs, status reports).
- Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions are delivered according to ServiceNow best practices and business needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on ServiceNow delivery.
- Proven track record in managing ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and one or more additional ServiceNow modules (ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC).
- Experience working in agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Based in Europe and comfortable working with distributed, cross-border teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Project Management certification or ITIL certification.
- Experience working with global ServiceNow partners or consulting firms.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other project tools.
