Senior IAM Manager

For a client of mine, I am actively seeking an experienced IAM Manager to join their team as they expand their Cybersecurity, Forensics & Privacy (CF&P) practice. This role requires a deep passion for digital identity and a strong commitment to helping clients navigate the challenges of operating in a digital world while safeguarding privacy and data. As part of client's dedicated Identity & Access Management (IAM) team in the Netherlands, you will collaborate with 50 specialists within CF&P to contribute to the development of a more secure society for major international and local organizations.

Responsibilities

In the role of IAM Manager, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to manage complex Identity & Access Management projects. You will be responsible for developing cutting-edge solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of individual clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Architecting, designing, building, and supporting Identity and Access Management solutions, particularly in the areas of Cloud IAM, IOT, Customer IAM, IDM, LCM, IGA, DAG, PIM, and complex Privileged Authentication
• Integrating Identity and Access Management solutions with other systems and
• Assisting clients in integrating their IAM environments into their DevOps and CI
• Providing training and coaching to junior

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have familiarity and experience as an IAM Manager. The following qualifications are required:

• Proven experience in IAM management, including architecting, designing, and supporting Identity and Access Management
• Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices, including Cloud IAM, IOT, Customer IAM, IDM, LCM, IGA, DAG, PIM, and Privileged Authentication
• Strong understanding of integrating IAM solutions with other systems and
• Experience in working with DevOps and CI practices in the context of IAM
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and
