We are seeking a Project Manager E&I to join our team.

Job Profile
As a Project Manager E&I, you will be responsible for maintaining key customer relationships and handling negotiations. You will hold a pivotal position within the organization, overseeing the technical, commercial, and financial outcomes of both projects and specific customer service requests. You will manage project teams and service engineers, acting as the primary point of contact for customers. Your responsibilities include project preparation, progress monitoring, execution, and ensuring the technical and financial completion of projects. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

In addition, you will establish and maintain a healthy customer base by visiting clients, project locations, and suppliers regularly. As a Project Manager, you will report to the branch manager.

Job Requirements

• Completed HBO education in electrical engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the industry
• VCA-VOL certification or willingness to obtain it
• Familiarity with industrial automation and knowledge of ATEX guidelines
• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Customer-oriented, professional, and flexible attitude
• Stress-resistant and capable of managing high-pressure situations
• Strong awareness of quality, safety, well-being, and environmental regulations
• Willingness to work beyond standard hours and handle calls as needed
