For one of the leading European online e-commerce platforms we are looking for a Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and a proven ability to navigate complex build and deployment pipelines. This role requires excellent familiarity with software development and deployment processes in a multi-team context, particularly within a cloud-based platform infrastructure (AWS).
Responsibilities
· Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure 2 teams follows Agile practices.
· Navigate the release of user stories and epics through complex build and deployment pipelines.
· Support and guide the team in software development and deployment processes.
· Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery and integration.
· Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a track record of successfully facilitating Agile teams.
· Technical background and understanding of build and deployment pipelines.
· Excellent familiarity with AWS and cloud-based platform infrastructures.
· Experience in software development and deployment in a multi-team environment.
· You need to live in the Netherlands.
Offer
· Start asap.
· 6 months with possible extension.
· 2 days per week on site.
· 32-40 hours per week.
