ServiceNow Business Consultant (German Speaking) – Frankfurt, Germany

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Consultant to join our client’s team in Frankfurt, Germany. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives. You will serve as a key advisor, driving digital transformation and process automation while ensuring seamless integration of ServiceNow into enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding business needs and translating them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagements to gather requirements and define implementation strategies.
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and GRC based on business needs.
• Provide guidance on process optimization, automation, and best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration with existing systems.
• Conduct training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow innovations and advise clients on new features and functionalities.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German & English (spoken and written).
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, business analysis, or process improvement roles.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps).
• Experience in business process mapping, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to facilitate client workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement gathering sessions.
• Understanding of ITIL, Agile, and SAFe methodologies.
• ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CSA, or ITSM/CSM Certified) are a plus.
