Machine Learning Engineer – AI Start-up – £80,000-95,000 – London/Hybrid

Darwin Recruitment have partnered exclusively with an early-stage, Y Combinator backed AI Start-up who are unlocking hidden productivity and valuable insights within the financial services sector.

You would be joining experienced Founders who have a strong track record and a unique combination of industry and AI expertise, having already onboarded and retained 150+ firms.

Team of 10 currently and big growth plans ahead with a significant upcoming funding round.

Your focus will be to continue to develop and refine their core products, whilst also supporting exploration into new markets.

You will bring both a modern and traditional ML skillset, having worked with GenAI (OpenAI) / LLMs more recently (inc. fine-tuning to improve models). Any experience within a research capacity would be beneficial but not essential.

Hybrid office and remote working setup with their hub being based in London.

Salary and equity options are flexible however we’re looking at a basic salary range of £80,000-£95,000 + Equity.
