My client is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to architect and manage their critical Microsoft-based infrastructure. If you thrive on challenges, enjoy automating complex tasks, and have a knack for turning technical jargon into plain English, this is your opportunity to shine.

What you’ll do:

• Design and build: Create robust, scalable, and secure Microsoft environments using Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and more.
• Optimize and automate: Streamline operations by leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Ansible, Terraform, and ARM templates.
• Secure the fort: Protect our systems from threats by implementing and enforcing industry-leading security best practices.
• Cloud migration: Lead the transition of our on-premises systems to the cloud, harnessing the power of Azure and Office 365.
• Troubleshoot and innovate: Dive deep into complex issues, finding creative solutions to keep our systems running smoothly.

What you’ll bring:

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies
• A deep understanding of virtualization, networking, and security
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or .NET
• A passion for automation and process improvement
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Citrix VDI solutions
• Microsoft certifications
• A proven track record of cloud migration projects
