Are you an SAP expert with a passion for optimizing HR processes? My client is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant who can make a significant impact by setting up and implementing Employee Central for their customers.

Your mission? To enhance HR processes by implementing innovative, user-friendly, and efficient solutions. You’ll ensure that the Employee Central system is optimized for the organization’s needs and delivers valuable insights for managing employee data.

About the role:

· Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for clients.

· Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure HR processes are efficient and effective.

· Design and configure tailored solutions in SuccessFactors Employee Central, optimizing business processes based on customer requirements.

· Provide technical expertise, ensuring system performance, stability, and scalability.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, implementing process improvements to streamline operations.

· Maintain up-to-date documentation to support system updates and ensure smooth future development.

· Offer training and ongoing support to end users, empowering them to fully utilize SuccessFactors EC.

· Proactively explore new features and capabilities to enhance HR processes and drive continuous improvements.

· Contribute to project success by offering expert advice, ensuring alignment with best practices, and supporting overall customer satisfaction.

What you bring to the table:

· At least 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, specifically Employee Central.

· In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors EC configuration and implementation.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

· Experience designing and optimizing HR processes within a SuccessFactors environment.

· SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
