Exciting Opportunity: SAP HR-IT Training Specialist (80%)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP HR-IT Training Specialist to join a leading organization’s dedicated HR IT Training team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality training within the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors environments, supporting a large and diverse workforce.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of innovative digital training solutions, working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Tasks:

• Develop and enhance digital SAP SuccessFactors training offerings, including e-learning and blended learning programs.
• Conduct engaging online training sessions on SAP SuccessFactors for HR professionals.
• Maintain comprehensive user documentation and create new, effective learning content using SAP EnableNow (or similar tools).
• Actively participate in diverse IT project groups, contributing your expertise.
• Support the strategic communication and marketing of training programs.

Profile:

• Completed higher education qualification, with a strong background in adult education and digital learning methodologies.
• Proven IT proficiency and experience with HR IT software solutions, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, or EnableNow (or similar).
• Demonstrated experience in project work, with a potential background in human resources management.
• Fluency in German and English is a must.
• Proactive, self-reliant, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
