The Business Application Expert – SAP will manage and optimize SAP systems to support key business functions, with a focus on finance. This role involves handling daily operational tasks, supporting finance-related projects, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP master data structures and finance processes, along with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational tasks related to master data maintenance.
• Support finance projects, including financial closing activities.
• Conduct process reviews, document findings, and implement improvements.
• Lead clean-up activities to ensure data integrity.
• Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive harmonization and standardization of business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Required Experience / Expertise:

• Advanced knowledge of SAP FI and CO.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, such as financial closing and master data maintenance.
• Expertise in SAP master data structures.
• Experience with Profit-Center-Accounting in SAP.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods.
• Proven experience in project organization and management.

Preferred Experience / Expertise:

• Insights and hands-on experience with S/4HANA processes and functionalities.
