They are now seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals and managing a portfolio of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 1-8 individuals.
• Customer Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts with a turnover of approximately 2.5 million.
• Business Development: Contribute to the growth of existing accounts.
• Project Management: Oversee projects within your portfolio.
• Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of the Microsoft Platform, including Dynamics and Power Platform.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the CH Teamleader Community.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A strong “doer” personality.
• Proven experience in the Microsoft Platform.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
