Are you a passionate system engineer with a proven track record in virtualization, storage, and backup? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team and help manage our critical infrastructure.

Your Mission:

• Oversee and Optimize: Manage a complex virtualization environment with over 100 hosts and 4 PB of storage, as well as a robust backup environment serving 1700+ clients.
• Drive Innovation: Plan and implement technical adjustments to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Lead Projects: Take the lead on projects involving new technologies and procurement, from planning to implementation.
• Solve Complex Problems: Demonstrate your problem-solving skills by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
• Be On-Call: Be part of our on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support and maintain system stability.

Your Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in virtualization platforms, preferably with VMware certifications. In-depth knowledge of storage platforms and experience with Commvault backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Hands-On Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale virtualization, storage, and backup environments.
• Problem-Solving: A keen eye for detail and a knack for identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.
• Project Management: Ability to lead and manage projects from start to finish.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
