E&I Installation Coordinator – Hillerød Denmark – Contract Position

Our client are looking for an E&I Installation Coordinator to join the crew ASAP.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced E&I Installation Coordinator to support a major project in Denmark. This role will be central to ensuring that electrical and instrumentation installation activities are well-organised, compliant, and delivered to the highest standard.

General Conditions:

• Language: English
• Location: Onsite in Hillerød
• Start Date: ASAP / September / October 2025
• All-Inc Day Rate: To be discussed / depends on experience, travel costs, etc

Key Responsibilities

• Review engineering work packs and coordinate with installation teams.
• Ensure all safety documentation and permits are in place before work begins.
• Plan and manage weekly work schedules for field crews.
• Oversee compliance with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Redline drawings, P&IDs, and schematics to capture as-built conditions.
• Implement and manage field changes from engineering.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in E&I construction, instrumentation, or site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs, safety documentation, and technical drawings.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to liaise effectively between engineers and field teams.
