Head of Business Development – AI & Robotics – Switzerland / Germany

Darwin have partnered with an AI & Robotics Start-up who are building a Software Platform that enables Advanced Industrial Robotics.

They already have successful partnerships with a few leading businesses, however they want to develop more consistent new revenue growth.

They are searching for a Head of Business Development to expand their market share, drive revenue growth and build strategic long-term partnerships.

The Role
You will develop a sales strategy, mature their sales / business development processes, expand on existing partnerships and leverage these to generate new revenue & ARR.

Experience of Interest

• Strong track-record within B2B Software Sales.
• 5-10+ years experience within AI / Robotics / Industrial Industry.
• Proven leadership ability, building and scaling teams.
• A generalist mindset, with an openness to new challenges.
• Fluent English and German, French is also beneficial.

Those with Industrial technology expertise will be of real interest.

Salary in the region of 100,000-150,000 + Comms + flexible holiday allowance + stock options + hybrid working.
