Project Manager - Wind

Location: Stockholm

Salary Range: 55k - 70k SEK

You will be part of the project development team dedicated to advancing land-based renewable energy projects in the Nordic region. Your focus will primarily encompass the development of new wind power installations in Sweden and abroad. Close collaboration with various departments within the organization, including wind resource and technology, business development, construction, operations, and finance, will be essential to maximize collective expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Adhering to the established project framework guidelines.
• Project scheduling and budget management.
• Ensuring adequate resource allocation and making informed decisions regarding project priorities.
• Fostering local support and engagement among community leaders and residents.
• Early-stage project development activities, including evaluating project proposals, negotiating with landowners, and contributing to the refinement of the team's operational practices and knowledge base.
• Possible opportunities for involvement in the development of solar energy installations, energy storage solutions, and other energy system services in conjunction with wind power projects.

Qualifications:

• Background in civil engineering or a related master's degree.
• Experience in project management in industry.
• Prior experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, complex infrastructure projects, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English, both in spoken and written forms, is essential.
• A valid driver's license.
