Mechanical Superintendent (Contract) – Data Centres

We’re hiring an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to support large-scale data centre construction projects across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site mechanical works (HVAC, chilled water, CRAH/CRAC, cooling systems)
• Supervise mechanical subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Support commissioning and integrated systems testing (IST)
• Coordinate with construction, electrical, and commissioning teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years Mechanical Superintendent / Supervisor experience
• Data centre or mission-critical project background
• Strong HVAC and hydronic systems knowledge
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Willing to travel / work project-based assignments

Competitive contract rates + per diem (where applicable)

Long-term pipeline / extensions available
