Job Summary
My client is seeking a dynamic Operational Excellence Lead to drive digital transformation, enhance data analytics capabilities, and optimize operations, including fleet management. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in operational improvements, technology integration, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Transformation:
- Develop and implement digital strategies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Identify and deploy innovative technologies to enhance operational processes.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of digital solutions.
Data Analytics:
- Build and maintain advanced analytical models to inform data-driven decisions.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights.
- Present recommendations to leadership based on data findings.
Operations Management:
- Oversee and optimize fleet operations, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
- Manage processes related to maintenance, vehicle modifications, and fleet performance metrics.
- Handle operations including claims, fuel expenses, telematics, and procurement.
Process Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency using Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements across departments.
- Mentor team members in continuous improvement practices.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Supervise support teams and promote collaboration between departments.
Supplier Management:
- Manage relationships with service providers and negotiate agreements for operational needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and materials critical to operations.
Project Management:
- Drive projects focused on reducing waste and improving operational quality.
- Lead automation initiatives and support team adoption of new technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvements, and analytics.
- Strong background in fleet operations and data-driven decision-making.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is an advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
