Service Technicians (Air Compressors)

We regard service as the fundamental pillar of our organization and are in search of a driven, proactive individual who aspires to help us enhance and maintain our ongoing commitment to service excellence.

We are seeking a person with a natural mechanical aptitude, who is open to acquiring new skills and is dedicated to putting in the effort.

Salary: $62,400 - $125,000

Location: Arvada, CO

Responsibilities

• Address issues, conduct maintenance, and set up various air compressors, air dryers, and filters.
• Proficiency in servicing rotary screw compressors, with a preference for experience with Sullair equipment.
• Proficiency in servicing centrifugal compressors is a plus.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, and equipment diagrams.
• Perform necessary mechanical and electrical repairs in an efficient manner.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers, reflecting pride and professionalism.
• Availability for overtime and potential travel may be necessary.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a high school diploma and two to five years of prior mechanical or service-related experience is required.
• A solid mechanical foundation and the ability to troubleshoot effectively are essential.
• Proficiency in electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems is necessary.
• Outstanding customer service skills are a must.
• Applicants should be capable of carrying out responsibilities independently without constant supervision, displaying self-direction.
• Basic maintenance tools are a prerequisite.
• All candidates will need to provide a motor vehicle record as part of the application process.

Hours:

• Working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. Additional work beyond these hours may be necessary.

Salaries:

Level 1: $62,400

Level 2: $72,000

Level 3: $82,000

Master Technician: $100,000 - $120,000
