Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Contribute to the evolution of our client’s HR processes by designing and implementing innovative solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Lead complex projects involving SAP HR systems, including cloud and hybrid environments.
• Solution Architecture: Architect robust and scalable HR solutions, integrating diverse technologies and platforms.
• Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches to improve HR processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP HR development
• Deep understanding of SAP HR modules and their integration with other systems
• Proven expertise in SAP Cloud Platform (CPI) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Strong knowledge of authentication protocols, such as SSO and IAS
• A relevant academic degree in business, technology, or information technology
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• A passion for technology and a drive to deliver exceptional results
