As a SAP developer, you’ll be at the forefront of this innovation, working on groundbreaking projects that are shaping the future of HR across industries.

Your responsibilities include:

• Independently carrying out software development related to SAP HCM and/or SAP BTP.
• Engaging in innovative and dynamic consulting roles in HR-IT projects for clients.
• Taking leadership in (sub-) projects.
• Conducting analysis, planning, and developing cutting-edge HR concepts, then implementing them for clients.
• Supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of existing clients.
• Collaborating with the sales team to create technically sound, customized client proposals.

Your profile:

• You possess SAP experience, particularly in HCM, SuccessFactors, or the Business Technology Platform.
• You have strong programming skills in ABAP, JAVA, and/or SAPUI5.
• You are a positive, motivated individual with a passion for personal and professional growth.
• You take ownership of your work, operate independently, and always prioritize the needs of your clients.
• You demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities along with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
