SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central & EC Payroll (80-100%) – Switzerland

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptual design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & EC Payroll consulting projects.
• Analysis and design of efficient HR processes within Employee Central, taking responsibility for technical implementation.
• Leveraging expertise in SAP HCM personnel administration and Swiss payroll accounting, combined with SuccessFactors knowledge, to quickly assume project and application responsibility.
• Independently conducting training courses for clients and stakeholders.
• Developing existing client relationships and fostering new business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & EC Payroll consulting projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM personnel administration and Swiss payroll accounting.
• Ability to analyze and design efficient HR processes.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Fluency in German and English is a must.
