We’re looking for a Senior Development Manager to take full ownership of grid-scale battery storage projects in Germany-from land acquisition through RTB. You’ll play a key role in scaling a new development team taking instant impact with 6 projects already in varied stages of development.

What you’ll do

• Lead BESS projects end-to-end (greenfield → RTB)

• Manage landowners, authorities, permitting & grid processes

• Coordinate technical, legal & commercial stakeholders

• Build and mentor additional team members

• Focus on Northern Germany with frequent site travel

What you bring

• renewable project development expeirence (PV/Wind required; BESS preferred)

• Strong technical credibility + fluent German

• Startup mindset: hands-on, solutions-driven, collaborative
