Now seeking a seasoned SAP Technology Team Lead to spearhead the digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in SAP technologies, coupled with exceptional leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of SAP experts.
• Technical Expertise: Ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our SAP landscape, including ERP, CRM, BW, and related systems.
• Project Management: Oversee critical projects, such as S/4HANA implementations, and manage sub-projects for CALM, BTP, SAC, integration, development, and user management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with various teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize operational processes, manage incidents, and maintain high service levels.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex IT projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP technologies, including S/4HANA, ERP, CRM, BW, and related modules.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, such as SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in German and English.
