- Start: ASAP, Oktober 2023
- Einsatzort: Bern 1 Tag/W; 4 Tage/W remote
- Vertragsdauer: 12 Monate, mit Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung
- Tagessatz: je nach Erfahrung, 800 - 900 CHF
- Industrie: Bankensektor
Deine Mission
- Mit deinem fundierten Performance Engineering Knowhow unterstützt du Entwicklung und Betrieb bei der Lösung von Performanceproblemen
- Du berätst unsere Entwicklungs- und Projekt-Teams in Bezug auf Performance- und Stabilitätsanforderungen
- Mit innovativen Ideen trägst du dazu bei, unseren in grossen Teilen proprietären Toolbench zu optimieren (GITLAB/Confluence/Jira/Splunk/Grafana/IntelliJ/k8s)
- Du unterstützt Stakeholder und Auftratsmanagement für zwei Solution Teams
- Die Integration von Performance Engineering in CI/CD treibst du mit konkreten und innovativen Ideen voran (Java Keyword & Selenium)
Deine Expertise
- Mehrjährige Entwicklungserfahrung (bevorzugt Java) in agilen Teams
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Performance Engineer / Consultant in der Finanz IT (Zahlungsverkehr, Online Banking, CRM)
- MINT Hochschulabschluss oder Informatik EFZ Ausbildung
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Deutsch B2 und Englisch C1)
- Offenes Mindeset und Bereitschaft für Knowhowaufbau:

- Performancetest Methodik & Analyse
- Stakeholder und Auftragsmanagement
