NDT Technician

All branch offices within the Testing & Inspection Division

Description:

We are currently seeking qualified NDT Technicians with one or more NDT certificates (Level II PCN EN 473 / ISO 9712) for a permanent position. As an NDT Technician, you will be responsible for conducting inspections on various steel structures using a variety of test equipment. Level II technicians are expected to calibrate equipment, interpret results, and adhere to relevant codes, standards, and specifications. They also organize and report NDT results.

• Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
• Radiographic Testing (RT)
• Dye Penetrant Testing (PT or LPI)
• Magnetic Testing (MT or MPI)
• Film Interpretation (RI)
• Visual Inspection (VT)
• Eddy Current Testing (ET)

Training will be provided for additional NDT techniques if necessary to become a well-rounded NDT Technician.

Your weekly tasks may include conducting NDT inspections on structures such as roller coasters, bridges, pipelines, offshore jackets, and historical landmarks.

Requirements for this position include:

• Technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering / Shipbuilding)
• One or more NDT certificates (EN473 or ISO9712)
• Work experience in the technical/metal industry
• Flexibility in working hours
• Willingness to travel
• Proficiency in English (with a willingness to learn Dutch)
• Valid driving license
