With a strong presence in Brussels and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment, they are seeking a talented and motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their team.
Position Overview:
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), you will be responsible for the oversight and management of clinical trials conducted across various sites in Brussels and the surrounding regions. You will ensure that all research is conducted in compliance with the protocol, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Monitor Clinical Trials: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that clinical trials are being conducted in accordance with the protocol, GCP, and applicable regulations.
- Data Management: Review and verify data collected from clinical sites, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all regulatory documentation is complete, current, and in compliance with local and international standards.
- Site Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clinical sites, providing support and guidance to site staff. Address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed monitoring reports following each site visit. Communicate findings and propose corrective actions if necessary.
Your Qualifications:
- BSc in biomedical engineering, biopharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of industry experience ideally in a CRO or Pharmaceutical environment
- Knowledge of GCP guidelines, EU Regulations and Clinical Trial processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English with French or Dutch a preference as well
