Your Mission:

As a Senior Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind their growth in the SAP staffing sector. Your primary focus will be acquiring new clients and placing top-tier SAP professionals (both employees and freelancers) into their projects.

• Client Acquisition: Independently acquire and continuously expand your client base within the SAP market.
• Talent Placement: Collaborate with the team to staff client projects with qualified SAP and IT experts.
• Goal Achievement: Consistently pursue and achieve your sales targets, ensuring both your and your clients’ long-term success.
• Market Awareness: Stay ahead of the curve by following current trends in the SAP and IT market.
• Team Building: Build and lead your own team of motivated sales professionals.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) in new client acquisition, ideally within a recruitment or staffing agency, specifically in the IT or SAP sector.
• Strong soft skills, including excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated success in convincing decision-makers and closing deals.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated by challenges.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in German is essential.
• A degree or comparable qualification is preferred.
