Role Overview: Junior Technical Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Junior Technical Project Manager to join their Customer Projects Team in Munster, Germany. In this role, you will focus on project management and help develop team processes.

Your Role in Advancing Green Hydrogen

  • Develop project documentation for multi-core and containerized single-core electrolyser solutions
  • Manage customer-facing projects for MW or kW electrolyser systems, supported by a senior colleague
  • Oversee time, cost, and quality for your projects
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Serve as a liaison between partner organizations, suppliers, and technical teams in Germany and Italy

What You Bring to the Team

  • Passion for green hydrogen and their role in its future
  • A university degree in Energy, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in project engineering and technical project management, especially in machinery and plant construction
  • Familiarity with technical regulations and standards
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical requirements and contract documents
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project
  • A hands-on mentality and eagerness to learn
