Our client is seeking an Electrical Engineering Designer to join them at their Rostock office where you will be working for a major player in the shipbuilding industry and transportation technology.

The mission:

• Functional and systemic design of ship automation systems
• Preparations of construction documents for manufacturing via CAD (EPlan and WSCAD)
• Maintenance of existing CAD systems
• Customizing of parameters and functions according to customer’s specification
• Close cooperation with internal departments (manufacturing, R&D, service)
• Close cooperation with internal departments (workshop, development department, service) for coordination and agreements on timely and technically flawless order processing
• Support in the creation of system-related descriptions and documentation

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a technical draftsman or electrical engineer or completed studies in the field of electrical engineering
• Professional experience in CAD design of control cabinets and automation systems required
• Extensive knowledge of project planning, construction and coordination in the entire field is desirable
• Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
