Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing complex processes and systems for energy and marine projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and compliance of our engineering solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development to implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and optimize process systems and equipment for energy and marine projects, including oil and gas facilities and marine vessels.
• Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and process design specifications.
• Perform process simulations, mass and energy balances, and hydraulic calculations using specialized software tools.
• Conduct feasibility studies, process hazard assessments, and risk analyses to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, operations, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the procurement team in selecting and evaluating process equipment and materials.
• Monitor and evaluate process performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions to optimize operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Prepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and operating procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process engineering.
• Support business development activities by providing technical input, reviewing proposals, and participating in client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in the energy or marine industry.
• Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, and simulation techniques.
• Proficiency in process simulation software such as Aspen Plus, HYSYS, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including API, ASME, and international marine classifications.
• Solid understanding of safety and risk management principles, including process safety and hazard assessment methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities or marine vessels is a plus.
• Professional certifications or licenses related to process engineering are advantageous.
