Project Assistant / Project Management Officer (Digital & Data)
As a Project Assistant/ PMO, you support the successful delivery of Digital & Data initiatives by coordinating project activities, maintaining project governance, and ensuring effective collaboration between business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Digital & Data projects.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, actions, risks, and project documentation.
- Organize project meetings, workshops, and steering committees, including agendas and minutes.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status updates and reports.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and vendors.
- Manage project information and documentation within tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and ways of working.
- Managing complex calendars, setting priorities, and coordinating appointments in an international environment.
- Preparing meetings, presentations, notes, and relevant documentation.
- Monitoring and following up on actions and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the (international) Digital & Data organization.
The Ideal Candidate Has
- 2-4 years of experience in a Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, PMO or Support role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting projects in a Digital, Data, IT, or technology-driven environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and project management tools.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English.
- A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style.
- Worked as a Management Assistant, PA, Executive Assistant previously
- Experience within an international organisation is a bonus
