A rapidly expanding consultancy is seeking a talented SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with Employee Central expertise to join their growing team. With over 50 consultants and a strong portfolio of clients in the Government and Manufacturing sectors, they offer exciting opportunities for professional growth and development.

Your Role:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be instrumental in implementing and optimizing Employee Central solutions for a diverse client base. You will leverage your experience to ensure seamless integration and deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Bring:

• Fluent Dutch speaking proficiency.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly with Employee Central.
• Proven track record of successfully completing 3-4 full implementation projects.
• Solid background in SAP HR.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (approximately 20% onsite, 80% remote).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
