Your mission

• You take responsibility for the management and leadership of SAP implementations in terms of program and large-scale project management
• You are a central contact for the customer’s C-level and coordinator of all teams and stakeholders involved
• You design the preparation and implementation of SAP S/4HANA programs & transformation projects from a business and IT perspective
• You make a significant contribution to the generation of new business as well as innovation and the continuous expansion and improvement of the service portfolio
• You actively drive the further development and transfer of methodological skills for large enterprise programs within the Business Consulting & Solutions service line

Your skillset

• Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a technical or business focus or as a career changer
• Many years of experience in managing complex customer projects at C-level at a relevant IT service organization in the area of ​​SAP program management
• Many years of program and project management experience in the implementation of IT solutions, ideally in interdisciplinary, international SAP large-scale projects using different project methods (Waterfall, Agile, Agile for SAP)
• Proven success in developing customers, promoting and maintaining an open and professional relationship with the customer’s top management, resulting in convincing networking within the industry with the relevant decision-makers
• Technical background from the software industry or in IT systems in various industries
• Several years of disciplinary management experience and experience in managing, motivating and developing large teams
• Associated expertise in large transformation programs in the area of ​​change management and people management at various hierarchical levels
• We require willingness to travel and strong communication skills through very good German and English language skills
