Position: Construction Manager
Location: Berlin, Germany

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan and manage all construction phases, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are optimized.
• Site Operations: Oversee daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project milestones.
• Compliance: Ensure construction complies with German building codes, environmental regulations, and health & safety standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with internal teams, clients, authorities, and community representatives to address challenges and provide progress updates.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally in renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of German building codes, HSE standards, and solar project construction.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
