Sales Lead – Medical Device Company.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Lead to join our innovative medical device company specializing in orthopaedic implants and solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to our overall sales and marketing strategies.

Job Details

• Location: On-site, Leiden, Netherlands
• Travel: Monthly international travel required to meet clients
• Team: 5-person sales team, reporting to (Head of Sales and Marketing)
• Company Size: 80 employees
• Start Date: First quarter of 2025

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities in the B2B orthopedic implant market
• Follow up with customers, manage quotations, and address customer requirement
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and events
• Perform basic sales activities and contribute to marketing initiatives
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the medical device or orthopaedic implant industry
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to understand and convey product information without being overly technical
