We seek an experienced Capex Stream Lead to drive capital projects in pharmaceutical logistics, utilities, automation, process, and civil engineering. This role ensures strategic project execution within budget and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Capex projects from concept to completion, aligning with business goals.
• Oversee engineering teams, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Optimize project management methodologies and drive innovation.
• Ensure regulatory and GMP compliance.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, and contractors for seamless execution.
• Conduct risk assessments, feasibility studies, and cost analyses.
• Report progress, risks, and financials to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven Capex project leadership in pharmaceuticals/biotech.
• Expertise in logistics, utilities, automation, process, and civil engineering.
• Strong regulatory and GMP knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Engineering degree or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
