You’ll ship features that create new revenue streams. Refactor code that removes performance blockers. And influence how the team works so we can move faster without breaking things.

The work you’ll be doing:

• Building new features in Java and TypeScript/Vue.js that directly improve customer experience – and revenue per user

• Creating the infrastructure and tooling that helps the team ship reliably and quickly

• Refactoring legacy code and fixing bugs so we can scale with confidence

• Sharing your knowledge to level up the dev team – especially the juniors

• Leading by example, not by job title
